Stressless City Apartment Vienna

A very good apartment. It matches the photos and description perfectly. It is very clean. The sofa bed is large enough for two adults and comes with a mattress topper, making it soft and comfortable. The mattress in the bedroom is a bit firmer, though that is a matter of personal preference. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary. There is a dishwasher and tablets for it. There are good-quality towels. The bathroom is clean and has a shower enclosure. It has a terrace with a table and two chairs, and a smoking area. Underfloor heating and air conditioning. The living room features a large table and four comfortable chairs. The apartment is on the first floor; there is an elevator, but you don't really need to use it unless you have heavy luggage. Access to the apartment is extremely easy, and the instructions provided were excellent! The location is very good; a stop for tram line 2 is just 200 meters away on the next street, taking you to the city center in 15 minutes, and a metro station is just one tram stop away. There is a large market Brunnenmarkt - 100 meters away with very good prices for fruit and vegetables. The local eateries serve mostly Arabic cuisine, but there are pizza places and a SPAR supermarket within 200 meters. It is a working-class neighborhood, yet it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. I recommend it.

The kitchen faucet was loose and needed tightening. There is no washing machine, which would be inconvenient for a longer stay. There is no iron or ironing board.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern. Zimmeraufteilung gut und sehr sauber.

Der Fön ist zu schwach. Es war nur eine Kapselmaschine vorhanden , in der Beschreibung stand Kaffeemaschine.

Very clean light apartment. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Easy access to Ringstrasse by tram no 2. Food stores closed to location. Kindly owner provides clear explanation to reach apartment location and access.

Bed accessories can be improved.
