Wir haben sehr spontan eine Wohnung gebraucht da unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft nicht bewohnbar war aufgrund von technischem Gebrechen. Die Gastgeber waren super schnell, flexibel und hilfreich. Immer erreichbar und der checkin und checkout war sehr smooth. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber die Ausstattung und das Apartment ist sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Das Wetter war extrem kalt .. dafür kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts, aber es trübt etwas den Aufenthalt in Wien

Schönes Apartment, Gastgeber war immer erreichbar. Vom Apartment hat man eine schöne Aussicht in den Innenhof runter und die Wohnung ist sehr hell wenn die Sonne scheint. Mit Öffis war ich schnell im Zentrum. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend mit einigen kleinen Bars und Restaurants. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, aber ist ausreichend. Scheinbar wurde das Heizungsproblem behoben, ich konnte am Thermostat selbst hoch und runter regeln.
Das Haus ist schon älter, was man im Treppenhaus sehen kann. Aber im Apartment war alles neu renoviert und das war mir wichtiger.

Location was good, 6 min to the tram station by walking.
It was too cold, bathroom radiator was not working. Second day water heater has broken. You can reach to the landlord WhatsApp msj only, you can not call. Apartment entry was scary, old and dark
