Mir hat es alles in allem sehr gut gefallen.
Als nachteilig empfand ich einen Mieter/Gast einer anderen Wohnung im Haus, welcher der Meinung war, vorbeilaufende (unter anderem meine Person) mit einem Eimer Wasser zu übergießen. Nach Rücksprache mit anderen Mieter soll dies an dem Tag bereits mehrfach geschehen sein. Die Polizei wurde gerufen.

Spacious, clean, good value for money.
The cleaning staff unlocked the door 20min before the check-out time and came to the apartment😅

Comfy beds, nice kitchen area, good location to trams and trains while also away from the noise. Lots of shops nearby. Nice clean oven and plenty of fridge and freezer space.
Washing machine seems to not be working properly and the boiler is leaking which is a bit concerning. Couch is very uncomfortable.

Spacious
Not a lot of seating as the couch was broken. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows had very little support, it was also quite far from all attractions. The host was not very responsive and scheduled maintenance for while we were in the property. We were told it would only take 30 min but it took over 2 hours and we were confined to the living room. The host did not respond about the issue either
