Our stay wasn’t particularly comfortable. The window was locked completely shut, meaning there was no fresh air at all, and we had to rely solely on the air conditioner. On top of that, despite our expectations, there was no washing machine or iron provided. Because the windows couldn't be opened, we were even afraid to cook. Fortunately, the smoke alarm didn't go off when we fried eggs, but cooking meat would have likely been impossible due to the lack of ventilation. ​The overall atmosphere was a major downside. The entire apartment was covered in warning signs about fines for noise and lost keys (which, by the way, were given to us as a single set for two people - why?). Any reasonable person understands that making noise is disrespectful to neighbors, but these rules should be communicated in a normal, polite manner, not through ultimatums. It felt less like a vacation rental and more like a high-security facility where you're threatened with a fine at every turn. ​I was also baffled by a bizarre rule regarding check-out: apparently, guests are only allowed to leave one bag of trash. A responsible person will clean up after themselves anyway, but even if, for some reason, there is more than one bag left, why should that be the guest's problem? You charge a very substantial amount for the stay, which is supposed to include service. What difference does it make to the cleaner whether there is one bag or two? Is it really worth arguing over an extra 5 minutes of work? ​To add to this, the cutlery was in poor condition, and there were random loose wires just lying on top of the kitchen cabinet. Ironically, despite all these strict rules imposed on guests, the sofa already had cigarette burn marks on it when we arrived. Furthermore, despite the superficial appearance of cleanliness, the inside of the wardrobe was dusty - a t-shirt I put in there got dirty immediately. For this price point, the level of service should be significantly higher.

I liked pretty much everything about the property. It was clean, enough space, nice kitchen and big bathroom:)

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed unfortunately. It was not very comfortable and the pillow was not okay.
