Tutto pulito. Appartamento grande e molto luminoso è stato bellissimo svegliarsi con la luce di vienna dalla finestra. Bagno funzionante e vicini ottimi.

Posizione comoda con fermata del tram a pochi minuti a piedi. Grandezza dell'appartamento, comodissimo per 2 persone e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Riscaldamento fondamentale nei mesi invernali. Prezzo onesto!

Byt je klidný, tramvaje v ulici pod okny se nám nezdály rušivé. Byt je kousek od vlakového nádraží, dobře dostupný a velmi blízko je několik obchodů (Billa, Penny, Lidl). S majitelem dobrá domluva ohledně předání klíče (kód ke schránce). Byt je starší, nicméně koupelna byla čistá. Součástí domu je malá zahrádka ve vnitrobloku.
Dle hodnocení a fotografií jsem čekal větší čistotu. Byt by potřeboval zřejmě kompletní úklid, přišlo nám, že se mezi návštěvníky pouze mění povlečení a ručníky. Na některých místech bytu byl nános prachu - rohy či přenosný větrák. Chodba bytového domu nebyla příliš uklizená, druhý den se situace změnila k lepšímu, nicméně jedná se o staší dům.
