Charmante geräumige Wohnung mit getrennten Zimmern, verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, Läden in der Nähe, Bäcker, der bis spät Abends offen hat ist neben der Haustür, Bimstation vorm Haus.

Stühle in der Küche etwas wackelig, ein Bett ziemlich weich

Abbiamo, io e la mia ragazza, soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti, prezzo ottimo per la quantità di spazio, servizi e location forniti in loco che non sono scontati e non presenti in strutture simili. Molto comoda la posizione, anche se non vicinissima al centro, in quanto appena si fuoriesce dal palazzo si ha la fermata del tram di fronte e in 10 minuti è possibile raggiungere le attrazioni principali. la cucina è completa di tutto e quindi perfetta per essere utilizzata al completo in tutti i possibili pasti di una giornata. La votazione finale è soprattutto dovuta dalla quantità di spazio e dal rapporto col prezzo ottimo, se dovessi effettuare un altro viaggio a Vienna spero di poter usufruire nuovamente di questo appartamento a tutti gli effetti.

Attenzionando bene la struttura durante il soggiorno e dagli scambi dei messaggi con il proprietario si nota che la struttura non è da molto sul mercato in quanto si, vi è la possibilità di poter utilizzare la lavatrice ma non vi è modo di poter stendere i vestiti e quindi asciugarli risulta difficoltoso, o per esempio via messaggio su booking il proprietario ci ha comunicato che avremmo trovato un regalo di benvenuto mai trovato però. In generale l'appartamento risultava pulito se non per le lenzuola di uno dei letti al suo interno che erano palesemente macchiate, non ho apprezzato molto l'accaduto, per fortuna sono presenti due letti matrimoniali.

First off, I was born and raised in Vienna, so I'm reviewing this apartment in the context of a returning émigrée. We stayed in two properties in the same building which are both owned/run by these folks. The general part of this review applies to both (and has been copied and pasted). For context, I was travelling with my partner, so if you're planning to travel in a group and/or with kids, YMMV. Check-in/-out was easy (lockbox). Communicated with hosts twice, prompt and polite responses both times. Small lift in the building so you only have to navigate a few shallow steps in the entrance. Properties were very clean. Towels/linens were decent quality and thickness/warmth. Good amount of hangers/closet space, including by the entrances, though if you have multiple suitcases you might end up having to shove them into a random corner for the duration of your stay. The location of the house is very convenient even by Vienna standards: Pharmacy in the same building. Stop for the 42 tram immediately outside, 2min walk to U6. Right by the AKH (general hospital) which has a grocery store with extended opening hours. Bakery on the bridge to AKH. Kitchen has long counter with ample seating (but you're eating facing the wall). There was a kettle and a toaster. We didn't cook, so no clue what the related utensils are like, but there were lots of plates and glasses. Bedrooms were decent sizes with good storage and had rugs, extra seating, and coffee tables. Bathroom has a small light over the mirror that's very pleasant if you want to have a bath without feeling like you're staring into the sun, and, relatedly, the bathtub is a great size and very comfortable. You'll need a wrench or some unresolved anger issues to turn the grip that lowers/raises the drain cover, but it's doable. Washing machine worked but there was no detergent. Towel heater worked, which helped greatly with drying the items we'd washed.

Someone thought carefully about the design and set-up of these properties, but furniture and 'equipment' has either been optimised for nice photos (rather than useability) or degraded over time. Bedroom furniture in particular was cheap and squeaky, and the mattresses were not great (we slept OK, but both young, healthy, and skinny, so YMMV). Lots of white/cream carpets turned more grey/gross now. Several rooms with naked light bulbs. Random orphan screws/nails in the walls (missing paintings?). Missing items that you'll probably want/need upon arrival (e.g., hand soap, light bulbs). I understand not wanting to provide non-urgent items (e.g., detergent) or enough for the whole stay, but arriving from a long journey to find you can't even wash your hands properly is a real pain. Living room: There isn't one. If you want to host guests or chat with fellow travellers, some of you are sitting on the floor. Kitchen so narrow with people seated at counter that navigation is very challenging. The cups only came in tiny, so if you want a decently-sized mug of tea I'd recommend drinking from a pot. Bedrooms had one nightstand light per room so if you're planning on using both bedrooms you'll have to fight out who gets to read in bed in the evenings. Also... neither of them had light bulbs (???). After a brief moment of wondering whether we were expected to buy our own bulbs for the duration of our stay we contacted the owners and got permission to transfer to light bulbs from the previous property to this one (lol?). Windows open to the road = v loud. We only got one bath towel (in total, for two of us to share...?), but 6 hand towels. Also no bathmat, so I hope you enjoy the slip and slide experience. There were also completely empty/unused pump bottles labelled shampoo and conditioner for... decoration, presumably. The toilet had no toilet roll holder (just a white patch where it had presumably once clung).

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Besonders die Lage war ideal für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos dank der Schlüsselbox, die einen unkomplizierten und flexiblen Self-Check-in ermöglichte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet – sogar eine spontane Verlängerung um einen Tag war problemlos machbar. Die Küche war sehr einfach ausgestattet, aber wenn man nicht direkt kochen möchte, ausreichend. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmer sind zwar etwas laut, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Es gibt nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man noch verbessern könnte – vermutlich einfach deshalb, weil die Unterkunft ganz neu vermietet wird: Es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Wäscheständer, ein Bügeleisen, aber kein Bügelbrett, eine Kaffeemaschine, jedoch ohne Kapseln, und die Seifenspender waren leer. Außerdem wurden bei uns die großen Handtücher übersehen. Das sind aber nur Details und haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht getrübt.
