Lage zentral zu öpnv,, bäcker und lebensmittelladen vor der Haustür., 1.og. mit Aufzug, trotz zentraler. Lage total ruhig und idyllisch grün, Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, Ambiente des Mietobjekts, Service des Hosts top
Parkplätze sind so eine Sache. Auto ist aber eigentlich nicht nötig und ein Parkhaus gibt es in der Nähe (teuer)

Die Jalousie im Wohnzimmer war stark beschädigt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Die Person auf der Schlafcouch hatte somit keinen abgedunkelten Raum. Der Türknauf kommt einem entgegen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung nicht sehr solide verarbeitet. Im Bad fehlt ein Mülleimer und Handtuchhaken
