Lovely apartment, great location. Great balcony, nice big rooms. 2 underground parking spots. Agent/owner very responsive and communicative. Tried to solve the microwave issue immediately.
It’s starting to show its age. Tired furniture, microwave didn’t work, aircon in the main bedroom didn’t work, musty smell in the guest bedroom, shower screen leaks.

Location, security and the property management staff was great.
The property need some maintenance which some is in progress and Wifi signal is not strong.

Four of us stayed here 3 nights. The apartment is well equipped, including a washer and dryer. It’s quite comfortable with plenty of space for dining and socializing.
It’s well located for a safe, easy walk to the V&A waterfront. We felt safe with 24 hour security from friendly and helpful security staff.
La Ra is fantastic. She’s friendly and accommodating.
We will recommend this place to our friends and family and will stay there again when we return to Cape Town.
