The apartment didn't have water for my whole stay, they never communicated that they are having problems with the water. I had to be the one running after them to ask what's going on. They haven't offered any remedy for all the trouble of not having access to water the whole weekend. Water was only available on my last day and I had to check out at 10am.

Could’ve been better.

The view was nice

We experienced some issues during our stay. Check-in took an hour and 30 minutes, which was longer than expected. Additionally, the dishes were stained, and there was no sponge or cloth provided for washing and drying. Despite requesting these essentials, the agent failed to deliver them, leaving us with dirty dishes for the duration of our stay.

The view from the roof was spectacular 😁

Apartment did not have any pan, despiteequesting from Agent doing the renting we never received. SMEG glass stovetop hob is also extremely difficult to operate. Please supply guidelines for use. We could not watch TV couldn't get the hang on how it worked 😞

Very dirty and poor response time from Propr.

There was a blood stain on the sheets when I arrived which I had to sleep with for 2 nights before being replaced after I had reported it to Propr. The apartment's drain traps also don't work very well with an overwhelming smell of sewerage every time I entered the apartment. The apartment was also not very clean, particularly looking at the extensive dust accumulation under the bed. Overall I was not impressed with my stay and having known how dirty the apartment is in general I wouldn't have been willing to pay even half the price I paid, even given the location.

We enjoyed our stay.

We were offered a late check-out at no additional cost which was very helpful. The communication was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and basics like olive oil, salt and pepper etc. were provided.

Cot came with an extra charge. The rooms were small and with the cot very cramped. But still good value for money

It was a pleasant stay, but started a bit bumpy due to the apartment not being 100% clean on arrival

The location was great

Could have been a bit cleaner, was late when we arrived and found bedding and carpet issues, did bring it to their attention, but was too late for them to rectify, next day early also they could not send someone, we ended up sorting it ourselves, they did apologize and refunded the cleaning fee.

Nice apartment with so so management

Cleanness, amenities location, spacious, free parking

Booked 2 unites through Booking.com, with a statement saying your payment will be through Booking.com. was approached right away by the property to make the payment within 48 hours through a link or the reservation will be canceled. Contacted Booking.com and resolved the issue with the property. Checking In was smooth. One of the units AC was not working, it was fine in the first 3 days, but the 4th day was hotter. Contacted Proper, the automatic response is to check the breaker if it tripped. Arranged for a technician visit, however the lady made the mistake that she sent the technician to the other apartment. At night when I returned from my trips, called and asked where the technician, was told he visited the apartment and the AC is working. Then she figured out the mistake, asked her to send the technician again, she did not help, saying it is not urgent and wait for the next day guess what, my next day is the departure day. The windows does not have a fence to prevent mosquitos so opening the windows was not an option.
