The apartment smelt like cigarettes and the smell did not go away

Nicely decorated and modern flat in a newly constructed building with airconditioning, excellent security, friendly security staff and safe underground parking. Centrally situated in De Waterkant within easy reach of most tourist destinations in Cape Town.

Smelly main en suite bathroom drain and a filthy, greasy cooking hob. Rest of apartment lovely and clean. Maybe consider supplying flat sheets for beds as it is to hot for the thick winter duvet yet a little cool for no cover. Not enough cutlery for four people, no dish drying rack. Reported non-working lights to the person that opened and handed us the keys. She promised to send someone but it never happened and we never saw her again. The biggest problem though is the noisy club on the ground floor that makes it almost impossible to sleep until the time that the club closes very, very late.

The Location !!

We are stayed 3 nights and were expected that the property offer to us a fresh towels maybe after the second day also that someone came to clean the flat because on the reservation we have been charged twice cleaning fees but by message we had informed that the replaced then only after 5 days and the cleaner only visited us before were a left, so please make sure bring you own towels. However many things that easy can work doesn’t working properly like the living lamp without right plug, like the iron had a wax or sometime and we can used it, not plant, not rug like in the pictures. , Etc, also I killer a few small cockroaches. I think the photos looks amazing and we’re expertation we’re high. Please, I hope you are take all our comments on the positive way and make sure to fix all the smallest things to can make the staying enjoyable.
