Green Point Central

Location was central and was a short distance to key sight seeing spots, shopping and restaurants

It took some time to get used to the noise as being on the main road meant constant noise throughout the day and night

The Water Front 20min walk. The Orangezicht Market 20min walk. Green Point Park 15min walk. Coastal Promenade 20min walk. Giovannis Deli 2 min walk. Spar and Bottle store 5min walk. A dozen restaurants to choose from 10min walk. Private Parking which made driving unnecessary for the most part because the vehicle was safe and we could get everywhere needed on foot. Green point is a lovely safe area and the apartment was spacious and well equipped and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. The 2 balconys were a bonus.

The traffic is a bit noisy if the doors are open to the balcony, but for me personally I have lived on a busy road in Los Angeles and currently live in a very quiet neighborhood so the vibe of the city was nothing I haven't been used to in the past.

Gostamos muito do apartamento,super gostoso,cama boa,lençóis,cozinha super Equipada,máquina de cafe,máquina de lavar,deixou água na geladeira,tinha temperos,itens básicos para fazermos comida,deixou até chocolates ,leite… Anfitrião muito caprichoso!

A única coisa ,que como estávamos em 2 pessoas e não foi um grande problema,a água quente para banho acabava em 1 banho,o próximo tinha que esperar um tempo de umas 2 horas para ter água quente….mas foi tranquilo….

Location provided walking distance to parkrun, the market, waterfront, Pavillion and all our favorite restaurants. The apartment is a little gem with all you need. Morning coffee on the balcony by far my fave.

That our vacation was over after we had just got used to the vibe. So much more we wanted to explore.
