Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch zentral, sodass Restaurants schnell erreichbar sind. Sie ist hell mit einem tollen Blick und sehr geräumig. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett, es standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Auch eine Flasche Wein erhielten wir zur Begrüßung, Milch, Kaffee und Tee wurden ebenso angeboten. Der Parkplatz lag genau vorm Haus, somit war das Ein- und Ausladen der Koffer problemlos möglich.
Es hat leicht feucht gerochen, was auch in die Kleidung der Koffer gezogen ist. Früh und abends hat oft sehr lange ein Hund gebellt. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer könnte eine Tiefenreinigung vertragen.

Check in and check out were easy. Staff communicated well and even helped us to get a few things that did improve our stay. House is in a very quiet neighborhood. The welcome treats were a really nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked of both seasonings and equipment. Decent views. Decent price for high season.
Temperature control. The apartment does not have AC or likely heat (not a problem in summer but could be in winter). Since it was summer, ac was our issue. Sun- drenched meant the afternoons were often HOT. But the hardest part was sleeping at night. The first night, the wind was very strong. This meant very loud howling of wind through the apartment and blinds making knocking sounds. However, we also had challenges keeping the windowa open- poor construction meant they often just blew shut making the rooms too warm to sleep well.
Another night, the temperature started off ok, but then the wind died completely. With no wind and no screens in the windows, this meant choosing between stiffling conditions and mosquitos buzzing in our ears.
To the host's credit, when they messaged checking in on us, and I asked for lighter bedding and a fan, they were responsive.
It's possible this neighborhood is very safe, but I also had trouble sleeping knowing we were on the ground floor and windows were just open without any security measures.
If they installed some ceiling fans or split AC units- this would be a gem of a place. As is- its a 6 out of 10, as not being able to get a good night's sleep dampens the vacation vibes.
