The mountain views and the abundance of birds and butterflies is amazing. You can walk out the front door and go for scenic walks or hikes. It is also very peaceful, so a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate the soul. An added bonus for me, as a dog lover, was the friendly dogs, especially Buddy.
The areas of the house that you wouldn't see straight away, like under the beds, needed to be cleaned. All the areas you use frequently were clean.
