It is ideally positioned within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and some of Cape Town's trendiest restaurants, bars, and cafes. Just a 10 - 15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The recently built modern building has 24-hour manned security at the door and has an access-controlled parking area.
This apartment offers a stunning, contemporary design with beautiful furnishing and finishes throughout. It features a modern open-plan kitchen, lounge-cum-dining area which opens onto a balcony. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a comfortable double-sized bed.

- Uncapped wifi.
- Netflix.
- 1 x covered secure parking bay.
The building does not experience load shedding!
Guest access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
Other things to note:
For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered . We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
