Landlord is very kind everytime, you always reach him, he is very helpful. It was very nice to stay here. Landlord designed the apartment very well. There are many towels, kitchen equipments(including everything), laundry washing machine and drier, 2 seperate bedroom including 3 beds in total(+ sofa suit), fridge, coffe machine, dish washer, android TV, a balcony and etc.. I would rate our staying 9 out of 10.

The lighting could be better, you have to use additionall table lamps to get enough light during the evening. Wifi connection had quite high speed however sometimes it has ping/lags. We needed to restrart the router sometimes. There wasn't any carpet on the ground, our voice was echoing much which we not used to. The landlord could bring some carpet if we request but we havent requested. We were having business trip and there wasn't ironing. We wish there was one. For international guests, carrying iron with themselves are not possible. There were 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. For group stayings, taking shower may take time.

Locatie. Uit het centrum, toch met veel faciliteiten (restaurants, supermarkt en metrostation). De ruimte was ook prima met een aparte slaapkamer en extra toilet.

Sommige dingen werkten niet. Wifi bleek ander Wifi-punt. Lampen in spotjes waren stuk. Deurklink naar tweede slaapkamer viel eraf. En toiletbril was gebroken.

Die Lage ist super zur U Bahn.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal in der Wohnung. In diesen 2 Jahren wurde meiner Meinung nach die Wohnung heruntergewirstschaftet. Der Klodeckel gerissen, (habe ich damals schon bemängelet) Keine Nachttischlampen die funktionieren. Matratzen abgenutzt. Staubnester unter dem wohnzimmerschrank....Mit 1000,-€ Einsatz ist die Bude wieder super.
