This apt fit our needs very well for our group of 8 adults. The host was very easy to communicate with, especially when we had parking questions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Laundry in the unit was a real plus. The neighborhood seemed to be safe (we had no issues). There is some street noise if you have the windows open at night.
Everything in the old city and the train station was easily accessible by walking. I highly recommend this unit for large groups.

Sabine was the best. She introduced us to the area. Gave suggestions for sights, eating ( fantastic ) suggestions. Spent a lot of time with us at checkin.

There was plenty of room for everyone, with 4 bedrooms from which to select. Two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy. Sabine made sure we got settled, and she even supplied private secured parking for our stay during the week. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was very nice and well appointed. It is in the old city and easy walking to everything. including the subway station which is a two minute walk.
The apartment was ready when we arrived but we were informed that one of the toilets was not in working order. Things happen. We worked closely with the listing manager and she (Sabine) was more then wonderful. She opened up another apartment (one of her own on the next floor) and gave us full reign of both for our use. I can't thank her enough for her help and on-site visit when we had the issue.
There are lots of restaurants nearby and easy to reach one day trips by train and tram. We went to Bamberg and Furth (Festival). We had a lovely time. Thank you, Sabine!
