Everything was clean, well equipped, checkin was smooth.
We stayed on the ground floor, with the windows facing the street, where people were passing by, it was a little uncomfortable. They have many books, yet none in your French English.

Checkin was fast and easy. The room had ample space as well as a decent sized table to work, eat, or play games on. We did not stay long, but it seems like a nice place to spend longer.
The room was uncomfortably cold even with the heater on high for several hours. The shower floods the bathroom. Either due to design or due to a partially clogged drain.
