Apartamento novo, bem mobiliado, tudo de boa qualidade, bem pensado, confortável. Cama e banho bons, roupa de cama limpa. Tem tudo necessário para alguns dias e dá até para fazer algum prato rápido na cozinha. A vizinhança não é tão bonita, mas há muito comércio nas proximidades, então fica bem prático. Havia um ventilador, tipo um ar condicionado portátil, que foi muito útil. Logo na rua ao lado tinha um chafariz muito bonito e interessante. Vale conhecer.

Havia uma grande obra na rua, com barulho logo cedo. Porém o maior transtorno foi por um imprevisto: devido ao calor extremo, o tram foi interditado, de modo que o transporte público para o centro histórico não valia a pena. Então tivemos que fazer ida e volta a pé com duas crianças pequenas, todos os dias. Cerca de 15 minutos, mas foi tranquilo.

Location was great with street car access, grocery store, etc. Comfy bed and couch. The TV setup was nice. Kitchen had all the basics you need during your stay. Providing coffee was a kind gesture and helpful in the mornings. Getting a fan halfway through was helpful with the extreme heat.

The windows. None of them did the proper German open where you can just have the top cracked open, making the heat at night unbearable because it backs up to a patio that goes elsewhere it wasn’t safe to sleep with the window fully open. Due to the size of the windows in the living room as well the smaller open option would have helped so much. None of the blinds features worked either making keeping the sun and heat out challenging. A warning about the construction would be helpful with regards to accessing the building via taxi and for people with disabilities, but it didn’t impact my stay personally.

Clean. Convenient location.

Noisy. Next to a streetcar that hobbled as it passed by. but earplugs helped. I think there was a gym above me based in the foot pounding.
