Comfortable, perfectly located with great extras ( beach chairs, cleaning during the stay)

Perfect location, the man, taking care of it ( unfortunately I don’t remember his name) is extremely helpful and friendly and always in contact. The washing machine didn’t work while we were there but he took care of our laundry. He also cleaned the apartment, which I never experienced in rentals like that. There is also a great spot in the beach club, quite close to the water, with the chairs included in the price. And you normally have to pay for the beach in that area.

It rained a couple of times during our short stay 😃. But the apartment is perfect. There was also some smell coming from the kitchen, probably the sink. But that didn’t bother us and was not a big deal

Amazing apartment in an amazing location

The apartment was fabulous, great air conditioning and spotlessly clean. The manager was very welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. Location was excellent less than 5 minutes walk to the wonderful beach and having access to sunbeds was a great plus. Loved the little lift a great help with luggage and carrying shopping, will most definitely be booking again ❤️

If you are looking for apartments in Viareggio to enjoy seaside - choose Front Beach Apartments! We were very satisfied

We fully enjoyed our stay in the apartments! Comfortable beds, clean, all necessary kitchenware (we cooked ourselves, and though kitchen is tiny, it was nice), spatial terrace with nice view on the sea and mountains. Communication with the host was great - quickly responded on any query. We loved that we had free access to the beach, with beach towels provided by host. Location is the best - beach is very close, shops are near, and the street is beautiful (blossoming trees, attractive houses). Definitely will recommend these apartments to friends and hopefully will return here next time!

Small things to consider - bathroom is located close to both bedrooms, can be disturbing. Elevator in the house is slow and lifts until 2nd floor, so you need to climb 10-15 steps up.

We loved it!

Great location! Very clean and comfortable. We were able relax and if we f weld like cooking the kitchen was well equipped. Loved having the terrace :) Beach access was fantastic too ;)

Excellent apartment, close to everything, highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment, very comfortable and newly renovated to a high standard. Location is perfect, 1 or 2 minutes to the beach club. Hosts were great, very helpful and great communication. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning kept it nice and cool in the heat. Highly recommend!

Tolles Appartement mit Blick auf das Meer. Fußläufig zum Strand - eigener Sonnenschirm plus Liegen im Bagno direkt gegenüber vom Appartement. Perfekte Lage! Wunderbare Dachterrasse. Alles da von Spül- über Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und Co. Super Service! Alles wirklich fantastisch.

和海滩非常近，房价还包括沙滩躺椅费用，沙滩负责人也服务热情！厨房设施基本齐全，在阳台可以侧面看到海景，晚上时阳台上皓月当空，非常漂亮！

Fabelhaft! Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen und die Liegen plus Schirm im nahe gelegenen Bagno sind super. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und jeder Wunsch wurde direkt erfüllt.Wir können das Front Beach Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Fin lägenhet, toppenläge och bra hjälp av hyresvärden!!

Fin lägenhet med toppenläge, bara att gå över gatan så var vi på stranden. Dessutom mitt i centrum och närhet till bra restauranger. Bra med fri tillgång till Beach Club. Det som verkligen förgyllde vår resa var de fina tips på restauranger som vi fick av hyresvärden. Härligt med egen terrass. Alltid snabb och bra service från hyresvärden när vi hade frågor. Det är bara 20 minuter med tåg till fina Lucca, som verkligen är värt ett besök!

Det skulle ha varit lyxigt med lite härligare och större möbler på terrassen.
