Lage war perfekt. Direkte Strandlage und tolle erste Lage, falls man flanieren oder shoppen möchte. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation sehr angenehm, überaus freundlich und komplikationslos. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Really loved the location, it's one of the best in Viareggio in our opinion, and the facilities in the apartment are great and it's very comfortable. Fantastic views The host was very helpful and kind and was easy to contact. No problem getting to the apartment and collecting the keys. I would recommend this apartment.

it was a little noisy on Saturday night as there is a bar next door. Also it was difficult to understand the rubbish collection as it wasnt collected on the days we put it out but the host advised us not to worry about it and she would sort it out which was very kind The front door closed on us when we were going out one evening due to the wind and then we could not get in as the key was on the inside but again the host sorted this out for us and called a locksmith even though it was very late before he came, we were delighted to get it sorted.

Appartamento molto carino, ha tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni lunghi. Praticamente sul mare e a due passi da tutto. Buona anche la comunicazione con la proprietaria.
