Smaakvol ingericht appartement met een centrale ligging, aanrader.
En mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement op de 3e verdieping toegankelijk met lift. De ligging is fantastisch ten opzichte van strand, restaurants, gelaterie en pasticerie. De hulp van de host was geweldig wij hadden iets achtergelaten in het appartement en zij hebben de moeite genomen dit op te sturen (uiteraard tegen betaling)
Het inchecken gaat online via 2 portals, dit was best tijdrovend.

Appartamento curato e spazioso, buona base a Viareggio
Abbiamo soggiornato in gruppo per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento è curato, ben tenuto e dotato di tutto il necessario. Gli spazi sono ampi, comodi e puliti, perfetti per un breve soggiorno. La posizione è ottima per muoversi a piedi, anche se non proprio in pieno centro.
Unica nota: non c’è parcheggio, e in estate trovare posto a Viareggio può richiedere un po’ di pazienza. Considerate che sarà da pagare a parte.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Meter vom Meer, Restaurants & Supermärkten entfernt. Außerdem erreicht man die Unterkunft zu Fuß innerhalb von 15min vom Bahnhof aus.
- Die Geschirrspülmaschine hat nicht sauber gespült. - Die Wohnung lag an einer Straße, wo auch in der Nacht und in der Früh viel Verkehr und dadurch Lärm verursacht wurde. - In der Wohnungsbeschreibung wurde angegeben es gäbe zwei Badezimmer. Es gibt in Wahrheit ein Badezimmer und eine extra Toilette. - In der Wohnungsbeschreibung wurde geworben, dass die Wohnung eine schöne Terrasse besitzt. Es existiert eine Terrasse, diese ist jedoch außerhalb der Wohnung und gehört zum Gebäude und nicht zur Wohnung. Sprich, die Wohnung muss verlassen werden, um die Terrasse zu erreichen. - Die Kommunikation mit dem „Gastgeber/Ansprechpartner“ war vorhanden jedoch nicht besonders zuvorkommend. - Die Wohnung besitzt viele Steckdosen, jedoch viele funktionieren nicht bzw. würden einen separaten Adapter benötigen. - Die Betten waren hart und alt, was dazu geführt hat, dass man bei jeder Drehung des Bettnachbarn aufwacht.

Bello ma non ci dormirei
L'appartamento è bello, spazioso, ha tutto ciò che serve per stare a dormire qualche notte. La posizione è comoda rispetto al mare. Ha anche un suo stile piacevole, la terrazza è piacevole.
Alcuni letti, soprattutto il divano letto è tragico. Oltre a non essere adatto a due adulti era anche scomodo, probabilmente rotto. Tanto scomodo che qualcuno non ha dormito e molto presto al mattino ha preferito andare a dormire in spiaggia.

Confortevole e pratico
Appartamento vicinissimo al centro ed al mare, i proprietari molto attenti alle necessità degli ospiti. Puntuali e precisi.
Il parcheggio è il punto debole, perché oltre al fatto che sia solo a pagamento, non è comodo per un soggiornante doversi svegliare apposta per scendere alle 8 del mattino per fare nuovo ticket park da mettere sul cruscotto.
