Read the small print! Great location but basic and noisy.

Great location 5 minutes from the beach in one direction and 5 minutes from the town in the other. 15 minute walk to the station and all flat.

The small print on booking.com. After you have booked you then have to sign a contract and pay 200 euros security deposit! No one shows you round the property to check if everything is okay or provide any local information, not even a leaflet or restaurant recommendation. The property was very noisy in the mornings, the front door slams right next to the bedroom and the cafe next door is very popular so from 7.00am you hear greetings and cars stopping and shouting, by 9.00am it’s quiet! The apartment itself is basic but fine, sofa not very comfy and marked. Cleaning not great. Would just say it’s okay but gets a better overall mark due to the location.

Very good apartment with enough space and rooms, we enjoyed our stay in lovely apartment Foscolo3. Building is located in city center only one street from promenade and beach.

The localization is absolutely perfect. The apartment is very clear and comfortable. Also the communication was good from the reservation till the last day we’ve stayed there. Highly recommended.

Superb

We have been second time in the Foscolo. The appartments are very nice, functional and perfectly located in the city. Booking and checkin process were very smooth, as well as communication was very good. We plan to stay in 2020 again at Foscolo, it’s a great place.

If you prefer to stay in the center of the recreation area as Viareggio, everything is on the place and next door, to the beach 10 minutes, restaurants all around. Parking in Zone B - Via Ugo Foscolo and direction to the colonnade, for 20 € per week is excelent (except for free space on the weekend and in dinner time). The staff is dear, although we only met at check-in and check-out.

The window in the bedroom on the ground floors cannot be opened normally to the noisy main street. That means, you live in the dark. The little yard in summer weather is useless and you can hear the sounds of the neighboring apartments. For 12 nights we got one pair of towels and one roll of toilet paper. From the indicated 55 meters area count are about 10 m2 bedroom and about 20m2 room with sofa bed and flat TV. The yard and kitchen are narrow and poorly ventilated. Open the door with a safe key requires exercise...

die Lage ist perfekt,auch wenn es sehr laut ist an der Strasse

-die Wohnung ist ein bisschen klein -die Matratzen vorallem im Kinderzimmer sind durchgelegen -die Küche ist sehr Bescheiden

Magnifico soggiorno

Mi è piaciuta molto la struttura. È estremamente pulita ed ha tutto il necessario per trascorre un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Si trova a due passi dal lungomare di Viareggio e nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare sia ristoranti che supermercati. L’agenzia che si occupa della gestione è sempre stata veloce e pronta nella comunicazione. In conclusione la consiglierei sia a famiglie, ma anche ad ospiti singoli o gruppi di amici in quanto ho notato che possono essere affittate anche più unità.

Ottima posizione. Comoda per due coppie ma poco pratica per anziani.

Nella seconda stanza letti poco comodi, mancanza di luna uce centrale.
