Great apartment with beautiful cozy quiet yard! Very friendly and communicative hosts who were always in touch and open to help! Every room has its own entrance from the yard, which makes living more comfortable. There is extra shower & sink in the yard (in order if the main one is busy), that looks very atmospheric and gives some charm to the place.
The electric kettle and couple of more big mugs were missing (for 4 people company may be not enough, if all of the 4 people love to drink tea or coffee from big mugs), the rest was great! Bed in the smaller bedroom was a bit uncomfortable (too elastic).

Ein sehr süßes Apartment in einem Hinterhaus in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend! Es hat eine kleine, gemütliche, überdachte Terrasse, 2 Schlafzimmer, eine schöne große Dusche und alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Das Apartment liegt fußläufig ca. 10 Min vom (Bezahl-) Strand und 15 Min vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Leider sind die Betten recht hart und der Fußweg zum öffentlichen Strand ist 1 Std.

Sehr gemütlich und empfehlenswert.
Sehr gute Lage in Viareggio, direkt am Pinienwald und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Auch der Bahnhof ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Pizzeria in der Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr gute Ausstattung und alles den Bildern entsprechend.
Kaputte oder fehlende Griffe an Töpfen und Deckeln.

Tutto molto positivo, posizione ottima a pochi passi dal lungo mare e dal centro. Molto pulita,completa di tutto il necessario e veramente accogliente. Proprietari super disponibili in ogni momento, gentili e molto simpatici - eccellenti. Vi ringraziamo, torneremo sicuramente ☺️
