The location was excellent as was the apartment. A great wee find for our family of four.
Only one bathroom up the spiral staircase which with girls waiting for showers could be an issue.

The view. The downstairs part of the apartment is very chic. The coffee pods and coffee machine. Nice fresh bedlinen and towels. The small French balcony to have the view over Viareggio. Vicinity to the beach and city centre. The staircase is sturdy and comfirtable to use. Well equipped dining zone.
The beds itself and the bathroom need improvement, especially bathroom ventillation. Water pessure and temperature was good. The upstairs part , especially the bathroom seemed a little dated to us.
