Très beau, spacieux et confortable, aménagé avec gout. L'appartement était calme et équipé de tout le nécessaire. Le service téléphonique est très efficace et sympathique

Le pilotage de la climatisation n'est pas évident. L'appartement était trop froid, nous n'avons pas réussi à régler correctement la température, dans la chambre elle souffle directement sur le lit la nuit.

Historically speaking, it was an incredible experience.

Our apartment was on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. I respect that this is a historical building but it should be made known to renters that you have to climb sixty steps to get to the Scala Suite. Mind you, sixty steps should be something everyone should do every day but with luggage, that is a whole different issue. Parking is listed as available but we spent 110 euros for 2.5 days for parking that was not especially close to the apartment. I think it should be made very clear that when you make the reservation it seems as if it is going through at the moment and you have paid in advance, but instead you receive this last minute notice that you haven’t paid for your reservation in advance. By that time you are scrambling trying to decide if you want to find another place or stick with the reservation. It is kind of a Catch-22 situation. If you are going to Lyon for the experience of the old town, you can take the metro or the tram and get there easily without spending so much on parking. If you are there to experience the silk merchants alleyways, the traboules, then by all means, stay here.
