Location is great, neibourghood is quite, perfect with little kids. Check in and check out very easy and host always responded fast and helpful.
In photos it seems bigger, but I guess is the standard for Tokyo. The sofa bed not confortable.

The bed provided was hard as a rock, it was literally not possible to sleep on. I had to sleep on the couch for the entire stay due to the bed being unusable.
