Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood. Proximity to 7-eleven, Uneo and Akihibara.
The residence didn't have a table or chairs in the kitchen which would have been nice. The area to gather and hang out was in a bedroom. Very vertical home with steep stairs.

The washer and dryer are exceptional.
Recent 3-story building. Rooming house that can be rented in its entirety. If rented as a whole, please note that there is only one toilet on the second floor and only one bathroom on the first floor. The Wi-Fi does not work well on the 2nd and 3rd floors. No Wi-Fi extenders/boosters installed. The kitchen is under-equipped, with no table or chairs.
