Very solid choice for families in Tokyo looking for a reasonably priced option. Area is quiet but with good transport connections and a nice convenience store very close. Some good food / coffee options in walking distance. Room is relatively spacious with modest cooking facilities. On site coin laundry is good but access to an iron and ironing board would have been nice. Checkin via barcode took 2 minutes and was very easy. Can recommend easily and will be back - especially at price relative to a full service hotel it is a great deal.

Great place for our Family of four for exploring the East side of Tokyo. We loved the room layout with sofas and a big table. The Washingmashines on the entrancefloor worked perfectly. Also loved the view of the city. Some room for improvement: The matresses in the bunkbed were very thin and therefore hard. We were on the eight floor but there were still alot of noice from traffic, almost like the windows were wide open. Also, it would be great if the closets had shelves and more hangers. I think there were Six hangers in total. Makes it tricky to unpack.
