Clean room. Great location. Stayed on top floor. Very spacious. Balcony and roof access. Lift stopped two floors below. Not good with heavy luggage. Main staff member spoke no English. No cutlery. Comfortable beds. Only one bin bag provided. Had to ask for additional toilet paper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

In a single phrase: absolutely "no frills", but as a solo-traveler this place gets the job done. The location is excellent, but the bare-bones nature of the property makes it hard to rate it higher than 3 stars.
The best part about the room itself was the temperature control. Of the several other hotels I stayed at during my travels, this was the only one that let me dial it down / cool the room for extra comfortable sleeping--which gives it extra bonus points.
