Lab8 Tokyo Art & Music Stay 6 Min to Shibuya From Solo to Family Stays

Excellent from start to finish! As a solo traveller, I was able to meet some amazing people during my stay, which really helped to make my time and experience in Tokyo, that much more special. The accommodation looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Quirky and interesting, it felt really cozy and comfortable to be there. The garage door that opens up on to the street is a unique and cool feature! It's also a really great location for getting around Tokyo. Only 2 stops from Shibuya on the train, but also so many great area around it that are also not far. Finally (but certainly not least) my wonderful host Li! I cannot say enough great things about her. She is a very involved host and goes above and beyond to give advice, recommendations and be helpful. She is also super friendly and just has such a warm, fun, quirky personality. She mirrors her accommodation very well! I enjoyed our chats together, and we even shared lunch and dinner together a few times. Yes it is a business but she really puts her heart into it. Li brings a personal touch to it, that you can't beat. She has a lot of repeat customers, which I think is a testament to her (and her lovely daughter as well). I would 100% come back again! :)

The weather!! Haha. Sadly it rained for the majority of my trip in Tokyo. However, on the days when it was bad and I didn't want to go out, the accommodation was a great refuge. No bad notes on the actual accommodation though!

The apartment was clean, the hostess was great!! We had everything we needed.

The double mattress and extra mattress felt a bit thin on the floor. I assumed a bit more closer to the station but overall it was great.

Superb accommodation, amazing people, and beautiful interior 😍. The host made me feel right at home. I definitely recommend staying here! 😄
