調理器具が揃ってるところ
シャワールームが寒い、足を置くマットに土が付いてるように見える。ルーム内の足場が冷たい。

安価で清潔。キッチンも使えて自由度は高いです。
2階のそれぞれの部屋に泊まりますが、実質鍵も無いので貴重品は自己管理。騒ぐ人がいると響きます。
女性は別棟の部屋を予約した方が良いかも。

宿泊施設の少ない伊豆大島でも端の波浮港で安く泊まれる点はありがたい。
アメニティなし、シャワー屋外というのに耐えられるなら島の景色と風でなかなか心地よい。
商店が少ない不便な立地なのは覚悟すべき。
