    This trip was the best visit and use of this hotel yet. After all the years using this chain hotel, one of the staff members actually walked me thorugh getting a rewards program/loyalty membership since I live in the country through my employer and can now do the late check-out and such. I also used the parcel shipping services this time on-site. It is through J-Post in comparison to other hotel chains that use Yamato Transport (Black Cat). My only gripe with this is that they would not let me pay for the shipping ahead of time so I had to do Cash on Delivery when I arrived home so I had to wait until closer to my check-out day to ship off my boxes. Even though this hotel had a lot of tourists checking in on one of the days, the elevators were not as packed as I would have expected them to be for when I was leaving and returning from my adventures. This hotel I have used a lot over the years as the train station entrance is across the street or around the corner for the elevator. It is super convenient and the staff has always been super helpful. Even on one of the days I was on my way out, the housekeeping staff had asked if it was ok to come in and not only exchange my towels out but they went ahead and took out my trash and made up my room even though it wasn't a full clean day nor did I put the magnet up for it. I only had the towel replacement magnet up. The only other downside, next to the parcel shipping, for the more longer stays is that they only have 2 washers and 2 dryers on the first floor for 13 floors of guest rooms. So you have to time your laundry perfectly in order to get your clothes done.

    Room is very small. Front desk staff seems not in the mood during night time (probably they are sleepy). Laundry machine sucks. Got surprised that check out is at 10am. To be fair, location if very near the subway station (Kuramae). They change the robe and towels daily.
