The reception staff were excellent and moved the luggage to the 3rd floor room before check-in. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and well decorated. The location was good and within a 12 minute walk to and from the Ueno station.

The amenities, more space and room, and the reception were awesome. It’s close to a subway for access to public transportation. Overall stay was excellent!
