Great location. Spotlessly clean. Quick and responsive staff; I got immediate responses when we had questions. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well. So great to have a washing machine in the unit. Shower was wonderful. Toilet with bidet amazing.

1. So so small! Little to no storage or space for our clothing or luggage. One small portable/rolling wardrobe was it. The drawer space was taken up with linens for the futon, so it was unusable. We didn’t pack oversized bags either. I don’t know how 3 people could possibly fit into this space. We barely managed to get around with 2 of us. 2. No dish towel or pot holder to use in the kitchen area. We didn’t cook, but I don’t know how one would do. 3. Even though there was a washing machine, there was no drying rack. A folding rack could easily have fit in the space between the washer and the wall. 4. No hooks or towel racks in the bathroom for any towels: hand or bath. I had to use a hanger for our towels. 5. Very narrow stairs; no elevator. I don’t see where this is listed in the information for this unit. For anyone with mobility issues this would be a huge problem. It needs to be very prominent in the description.

4th floor a bit small

Le logement était assez spacieux et très accueillant tout comme le personnel qui reste disponible au besoin.

Tout était parfait.
