Owner was nice and responded to 90% of questions fast. Roomy apartment for Tokyo. HVAC in each room worked well. Toilet has a high end bidet. Washer is also a dryer.
Basic apartment 8th floor good for groups. Little noisy 2 rooms closest to the street. Wish I disposed of my 2 broken luggage with the host, local luggage seller overcharged us for 8x more. Shower walls had some mold. Extra chairs would have been nice since only table for 4 and there were 7 of us.

La ubicación la cercanía con el metro, todas las instrucciones por parte del anfitrión, como decimos en México bueno bonito y barato.

It catered to our group of 8. Is extremely close to convenience store, laundry and public transport.
The bath area is very outdated with a weird smell. Not a deal breaker as everything works as it should.
