Midland Hotel-秋葉原8分4階建て4LDK貸切別荘

Emplacement central dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et sûr. Supermarché bien fourni à 5 minutes à pied. A dix minutes de Akihabara et de la ligne Yamanote. Tout un immeuble pour un appartement sur 4 niveaux. Equipement assez complet et propre. L'hôte est très réactif pour les questions par mail ou whatsapp. L'appartement est finalement assez grand, ... mais sur 4 niveaux.

La répartition en hauteur nuit un peu à la convivialité, et on manque de "largeur" pour un occidental comme moi. Les portes de chambre à fermeture obligatoire (sans doute coupe feu) sont désagréables. Les climatisations sont une faiblardes, surtout au salon (mais il faisait 37°C dehors ). Quelques petits problèmes de ménage (objets oubliés, taches sur matelas de futons..) sans gravité.

Unique layout, lots of space. The tatami room is a unique touch as well. Bathroom is nice, toilet on every floor and has laundry. Convinience stores are still close by. Akihabara and Asakusa walking distance. Owner was fairly responsive and fast to reply. Might be okay for a family, but better for a younger group.

It's kinda far from stations.. Yes 15min is not far...until you're coming home from a long day. It's a vertical layout, so 4 floors of stairs (narrow too) . It's cool and unique, but again after a long day of exploring its tiring haha. Better for light packers, but ppl that have large luggages - goodluck if your on the top floor. Though there are toilets on every floor... there is only one shower, and it's on the ground floor. Consider that if you have a big group. (manageable but inconvient if after a long day) The two points above are fixed and something that must be considered before booking. However I think this next issue can be resolved - there is only 1 key... Not convinient if you have a big group with different schedules. It be better if there was 2 maybe 3 keys, or if possible to change to a keypad lock. It was kind of a nuisance to plan who should have the key, or if somebody has to be at the place and can't leave if they're the last one without a key.

The location and the cleanliness of the stay. Everything was perfect:) We had 4 people stay and our host was very clear about everything. A lot of good food and great location to get shopping in Akihabara. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was quiet :) Thank you again!
