good location, nice staff and communication

not clean, we could’t use the AC because it was full of mold (picture). also the windows had no curtains and street lights made the room very lit in the night. apartment is underground so very moist. door knob was broken and always fell when closing the door.

L' emplacement est bien, un parking public à 2 pas.

L'accès à l'appartement a été laborieux. Un mail est envoyé afin de payer la taxe de séjour de 9,5 euros par jour et par personne. Lorsque c'est réglé, on reçoit un mail avec les explications pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble et ensuite la boite à clefs de l'appartement.... mais c'est un vrai jeu de piste voire une énigme parfois. Ce mail pourrait être plus clair et direct ne laissant aucune ambiguïté sur la procédure d'accès. Dans l'appartement il manque des rideaux occultants pour préserver soit de la lumière de la rue soit du petit matin... c'est très gênant.

The one thing we liked about the property was the location and it was clean.

Starting with the check-in process, we were asked for facial recognition process which was in our opinion cumbersome and unnecessary. The apartment doesn’t look in reality as new and nice as in the pictures. It’s undergoing floor and lots of noise. You can’t make the bedrooms dark at night as there are no curtains. There was a broken nightstand in one of the bedrooms. Beds were uncomfortable.
