Velvet House 26 - City Center by InnStay

The apartment was spacious for the three of us.

* there were several little bugs on the ceiling in the corners of the room * the curtain rod in the bedroom fell down and we had to fix * the bench in the master bedroom had two large stains and the legs were so wobbly that you could not put anything on it * no napkins, paper towel or towels in the kitchen to wipe up * only enough coffee pods for one cup of coffee for each of us and we were there for three nights. * not easy access to Milan Central Train station

Very secure, quiet, very clean and modern. Very spacious and comfortable.

No towel hanger in the bathroom. No extra pillows ( only one pillow per person)

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip mit einer Gruppe oder der Familie. Die Lage war wirklich perfekt da gleich ein paar Straßen weiter die Metro oder Straßenbahn war. Des weiteren gibt es gleich eine Straße weiter ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und stylisch.

Das einzige was etwas besser sein könnte wäre der Zugang zum Apartment. Es wird im Vorhinein zwar eine genaue Erklärung geschickt wie man Zugang bekommt aber die App und auch der Zugang ist sehr kompliziert. Bei uns haben die Knöpfe für die Sprechanlage nicht funktioniert! Da wir dann sowieso einen Schlüssel in der Unterkunft hatten war es aber kein Problem! Die Mitarbeiter von Innstay waren auch sofort erreichbar daher war es eigentlich auch kein Problem! Dies könnte man mit einer Schlüsselbox mit Code aussen um einiges verbessern.

It was clean, had good facilities, easy to get into the city. Great!

The tap in the bathroom needs attention.
