All the staff were lovely and so accommodating. The flat was very clean with all basic necessities provided such as coffee, tea, utensils, dishwasher etc. Aircon was available too which was great for the heat wave. It’s walking distance to the centre with both metro and tram stations close by.
Nothing major just the pillows were a little uncomfortably to sleep through at night. If you’re a light sleeper, you might struggle to sleep due to it getting a little noisy at night but this wasn’t a problem for us!
