The host was promptly at hand to hand over the keys to us on arrival. All the basic amenities we required were available in the apartment. The location was very central, Metro station was 4 minutes walk from the apartment
The floor is unattractive and unappealing. The bed did not have a head-rest and side-board. The room abuts a busy road, Via dei Pellegrini and the noise from street sweepers and pedestrians was very discomforting, as well as noise from guests on the upper floor.

Location! Warm welcome! The courtyard is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. Nice to have a washer though we didn’t use it. The space felt secure and in a good neighbourhood.
The courtyard picture didn’t represent the unit. The windows all have a frosted film for privacy because the unit is on an alley below street level. The space ends up feeling rather windowless. We could not get the coffee pot to work.
