Cute cottage .25 mile to short sands beach and down town. 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen bed, pullout coach. Everything you need for great vacation, deck with gas grill and a fire pit. Beach chairs and towels provided. Enjoy a soak in the new hot tub and relax.

We had a restful stay at this sweet cottage within a quick walk to Short Sands, shops & restaurants. Lovely beachy decor and comfy beds. Very pet friendly with a fenced in yard that our dog enjoyed! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again ourselves. Thanks Camille for being a welcoming host!

An excellent property- accurate listing, incredibly clean space that appears to be newly renovated and a perfect fenced in backyard for pets. Had all of the amenities needed and a close walk to Short Sands. We will definitely be back!

The photos of this property are beautiful, but wait until you see it in person!! It was perfect for our family of four and our two dogs. They loved the fenced in yard. Not only is this home beautiful and clean, it is so close to everywhere you want/need to go. An easy walk to Short Sands Beach, all the sweet little shops, great restaurants, and York Zoo. Also a short drive to Hannaford for all your grocery needs. Camille was super friendly and very prompt with responding to messages. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are already dreaming of planning our vacation here next summer.
