Spotless4 bedroom and 1.5 bath house approximately 2/10 of a mile from Short Sands Beach and all the excitement that the town has to offer!
The first floor includes a living room, large dining room, den/office, newly renovated eat in kitchen and laundry facilities and half bath. There are 4 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. There is a pull out couch in the den for extra sleeping space.
Amenities include internet, air conditioners for bedrooms, WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, deck, awesome yard, ample parking (4 cars).

Very relaxing trip. Loved the area. Neighborhood was quiet, and yet you are extremely close to Short Sands Beach and the center of town. We will definitely be returning. The home was spacious enough for our family.

We had a fantastic stay, despite the challenging weather. Our host, Ann, was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Check-in process was super easy. The house was wonderful! It was very clean and well stocked. We had six adults and it was very comfortable and spacious. It was bigger than it looked in the pictures. It is a quiet location on a dead-end street and a short walk to the beach/downtown. It has a big yard and deck which were nice for relaxing. The beach wagon and chairs that were provided made packing a lot easier. We will be planning another visit soon.

Overall a good stay. Is bigger in person than what the photos make it seem like. Host was extremely quick with replying to any questions we had.

The location was great for our family.! The house is missing an outside hose to rinse feet and chairs from the beach so inquire about that before your stay. One was supposed to be provided but we didn’t receive it on our stay. Kitchen supplies were adequate but could use a large pot for corn or lobster.
Nice quiet street for kids! We enjoyed our stay.
