The huge kitchen and dining area comfortably seats 12 guests, making it easy to enjoy family meals together. Sliding doors lead to a large deck, perfect for grilling, gathering, or playing a round of cornhole. Beyond the deck, the big backyard offers plenty of space for kids to play and families to unwind after a day at the beach.
✨ Lower-Level Fun & Outdoor Living
The finished lower level offers a second living room with a TV and pool table, perfect for cozy nights in. Step through the back door to find the outdoor shower — clean, private, and complete with hot and cold water for rinsing off sandy toes.

The house was beautiful, however, we could not get the TV downstairs in the basement area to work. With 8 adults in the house it would have been more convenient so all could watch TV. There is very little seating in the living room area so only a few could watch at the same time. Also, the back yard was not mowed and had sticks and twigs everywhere. We had to contact the owners so we could play cornhole out there. They did send their "landscapers" to mow and they did show up later the next day. Other than those issues we had a wonderful time and all of us left very happy!

Truly an awesome vacation by the sea - walking distance to short sands, nubble light and long sands. Great location and house for families of all ages.

Both toilets would not stop running without manual intervention. FYI grill was a mess and we didn’t use it. Ate out anyway
