About this house rental

York is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom townhome. Inside, guests find three queen beds and a cool living room with a comfy king size sofa bed. The three bathrooms offer a superb mix of showers, bathtubs. Whether you’re relaxing or getting ready for the day, the space feels delightful and inviting. A great place to call homebase while you’re away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Unfortunately VRBO does not have this option, but we only do Checkins on Saturdays during the summer season.

I was a little skeptical with it being a new listing and a few reviews but this place is awesome, my wife and I went with our 3 kids 4,6,10 and it was in walking distance of short sands and all of the shops. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a beach vacation. The supplied wagon/beach chairs is a huge plus because it saved us a ton of room when packing for vacation. They also supplied beach towels and a cooler if thoes are needed.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Very spacious and clean while being fully stocked with everyday basic needs. The hosts were very nice and the communication was outstanding! The location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!
