About this house rental
April-June & Sept-Nov minimum of 3 nights. July 4-Aug 28 are 7 night rentals Fri-Fri. Our family"s wonderful summer home, we are now sharing with others! A 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach down a private Road (by the Anchorage hotel). Many fun activities in York. Great area to relax and have some fun family activities too. Very close to the beach and a short distance from the touristy York Short Sands, close enough to walk or drive to. House has 5 bedrooms, 2 bath and plenty of living space (sleeps 10). Has two outside decks, one right off the two bedrooms on second floor, plus a nice patio with gas grill. Parking for 3 cars. No pets and no smoking allowed. Currently 4 Air Conditioning window units also ceiling fans in all the rooms & window fans, the place stays cool. You will love it!
We require renters at checkout to leave house the same as when you arrive or a charge of $200 cleaning fee will be required (details will be provided in contract emailed after booking). Also one outdoor security camera on property monitoring front door.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house with our family. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day.The house was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of beach supplies and thoughtful extras for families. We especially appreciated having a pack n’ play available for our baby nephew, which made traveling much easier.Christine was a great host and provided a detailed Google Doc before our stay that listed all of the supplies available at the house. It was incredibly helpful and made packing much easier since we knew exactly what we didn’t need to bring.There were multiple comfortable spaces both inside and outside the home to relax, unwind, and spend time together. The property felt welcoming, well cared for, and perfectly set up for a family beach vacation.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable. We had a great time in York going to restaurants and the beach. The house was close to everything. We liked the house and the area very much.

This was our first time in Maine and we had a great time! The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and a 7 year old. Don’t let the picture of the outside fool you. There were more bedrooms then we even needed and a lovely all season room. The house and location were wonderful as was Christine. She checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and the added goodies were such a nice surprise! She made checking in and out so easy. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful beach house!
