About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in York. The two bedrooms downstairs feature a queen bed and the loft has two full beds to comfortably sleep 8. With amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a brand new outdoor shower, guests can feel right at home. The bathroom includes a shower and a hair dryer for added convenience. We have a gas fireplace outside with four adirondack chairs, a plastic outdoor picnic table, and two chairs at the front of the house to chill out after a long day at the beach. The shed outside has everything you need for a fun beach day, like beach chairs, a wagon, and umbrella. We now have a second refrigerator in the shed as well for longer stays and families that like to food prep for the week. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our beautiful house. *Please note this home is not ADA compliant. We do not have ADA compliant doors entering the home, the bedrooms, or the bathroom.*

This place exceeded expectations in every way. The location was great, the space was spotless, and the amenities were genuinely impressive, and the host thought of everything and was incredibly generous with what was available to use. It’s rare to find a listing that’s this well-appointed. Would absolutely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

This house was cozy and clean! The perfect location to spend a weekend in York. Book it if you want to be in a prime location near beaches and local coffee spots with easy access to all the Maine coast offers.
