About this cottage rental
What's nearby:
This location is unbeatable if you compare it to other rentals nearby–you'll be 170 yards away from the ocean and a short two-and-a-half-mile drive or walk from downtown York where dining options, convenience stores, and grocery stores abound. You'll have two incredible beaches nearby; Long Sands, which is two blocks away, and Short Sands, which is two and a half miles away and is the perfect beach to visit with the kids. There you can find a public playground, several basketball courts, and a lush open lawn area. Downtown York boasts a plethora of dining options if you'd like to treat the crew to delicious local meals. Plan a fun, family trip to York's Wild Kingdom, a zoo and amusement park combo! Make sure you visit the Nubble Lighthouse (less than three miles away), which sits on top of the Cape Neddick Nubble, a very small rocky island. It might not be the most impressive lighthouse, but it's a wonderful sight to experience, especially during Christmas. Less than 10 miles away is Mount Agamenticus, which is popular thanks to its hiking and biking trails, and also due to the stunning 360-degree view from the top.
