Our beach house is less than 200 yards from the beach, with an ocean view from second-floor balcony. Bedrooms are on first and third floors, and the kitchen and living room, with a balcony, are on the second floor. The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. You can walk to restaurants, shops and York's Wild Kingdom. Surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking and horseback riding are all within 10 -mile radius. The house is a short drive to outlet shopping, malls and movie theaters. NOTE: There is no cable television service at the property, but the television is a SMART TV, and there is WiFi for internet service.

This house was wonderful for our family vacation. It was very clean, and in a fantastic location, very close to Long Sands Beach and walking distance to Nubble Light and Short Sands. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent! Property as described. Cleanliness and condition excellent! Very comfortable for multi-generational families - infant to grandparents. Have stayed at several places in the neighborhood over the years and this one checks all of the boxes! Close to beach, restaurants, and general store.
