Welcome to Maine's best Cottage within a quick stroll to Short Sands Beach and the downtown of York Beach. Soak up the wonderful sea breezes and enjoy the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautifully and tastefully decorated on the inside with keeping with the local decor on the outside. Enjoy the spacious living room that flows into the dining room and kitchen. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. One bathroom downstairs and the other on the 2nd floor. Perfect gem for summer memories.

This was a very nice property. It was a cute old beach home and provided enough room for our family to stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to Short sands beach and exploring the area without having to drive.

The property is located two blocks from the Aracade, Short Sands Beach, and all downtown shops. It doesn't get more convenient. Great setup for a family with three bedrooms and a pull-out for ample space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sharp cutlery and great pots/pans. Everything you need so you don't always have to go out.
The backyard has a great fire pit and was perfect for roasting marshmallows.
Overall, this is a great house and was perfect for our family of 5.

We drayed here for 6 days with 2 adults and 4 children. The house was perfect for us. There was enough space for everyone to have their own bed, relax in the living room, sit on the front porch, and shower. The kitchen was open and had everything we needed to cook. The washer and dryer allowed for us to pack lighter. It was a very short 1 minute walk to Short Sands, and we also drove to the Nubble, Kittery, and Wells, which were nearby. This is a beautiful little beach house for a family!
