Large Living room with high ceilings, Dining Room seats up to 10, Den/TV area and master bedroom/bath. Enjoy the scent of the ocean on the large wrap-around porch. Easy walk down main street or Freeman street to Short Sands and downtown. Restaurants and attractions close by.

This is a great old house with so much character! She has signs of wear and tear, but that is easy to overlook due to all of her charm. Lots of rooms, great location, a wonderful wrap around porch, and very communicative owner. We booked at the last minute due to weather issues at our original location in SC, and Paul could not have been more accommodating. There are a lot of stairs, so do keep that in mind. The cove at the end of the street is so lovely. My husband and I enjoyed sunrise and star gazing from the 3rd floor bedroom. Great place!

We loved the huge porch, Victorian feeling, and the closeness to the beach and shops. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
