About this house rental

Set on a quite safe street within walking distance to the beach, downtown and York's Wild Kingdom. Newly renovated, fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10. Kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, two refrigerators, microwave. Dining Room, Living Room, on-site Laundry, Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Parking for 4 vehicles. Gas Grill; outdoor amenities. NO PETS. A/C units throughout the residence. Nice sunroom to enjoy the morning coffee.

This house is perfect for a family vacation. There’s plenty of space and the proximity to downtown York is unbelievable. We enjoyed being able to walk to short Sands Beach and the shops as well as restaurants of downtown. It’s also a very short drive to route one so getting to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport were easy. I highly recommend it!
